Project Estimator
Environmental Landscape Associates, one of Bucks County's premiered outdoor living design/build companies, is seeking to hire a Project Estimator to add to its growing team. ELA focuses on the creation and installation of high-end and functional spaces to enhance the outdoor living of their clients. The company is located one mile south of Peddlers Village, in Doylestown PA. It is still run by the original founder who stared the business in 1989, servicing Southeastern Pennsylvania and Central New Jersey.
Responsibilities:

Custom estimation on manufactured building materials and/or custom machinery/capital equipment projects

Working independently and in tandem with ELA Designers/Sales Associates, manufacturers, vendors, architects, and owners

Help define the project scope, plan, implement, manage budge, help with quote generation, scheduling and project timeline

Take part in daily communication with owner and team members to provide status updated on projects

Requirements:
-
2 years experience as a building estimator
-
Experience in 2 of the following areas: construction, manufacturing, building materials, automated equipment/machinery and/or architecture

Project management experience is preferred

Strong basic math skills
-
Ability to read blue prints
-
Ability to multitask and manage 5-10 projects
-
Full time position available

Bilingual is a plus
