Landscape Designer and Sales Associate
Environmental Landscape Associates, one of Bucks County's premiered outdoor living design/build companies, is seeking to hire a Landscape Designer and Sales Associate to add to its growing team. ELA focuses on the creation and installation of high-end and functional spaces to enhance the outdoor living of their clients. The company is located one mile south of Peddlers Village, in Doylestown PA. It is still run by the original founder who stared the business in 1989, servicing Southeastern Pennsylvania and Central New Jersey.
Responsibilities:

Contacting new leads to discuss potential projects

Scheduling and attending home consultation with potential clients

Securing design commitment from potential clients
-
Designing and rendering of outdoor living projects from conceptual stages through design development, including plans, 3D modeling and perspectives

Creation of project, estimations and contracts

Securing sales & signed contracts with clients

Placing orders for plant & hardscape materials for sold projects

Daily check in with landscape crew to ensure smooth project installation & completion

Follow up with clients after project's completion to ensure full satisfaction with final product

Continuous communication with clients to promote company's maintenance & seasonal programs

Requirements:
-
5+ yeas of experience in high-end landscape design, construction or horticultural installations

Bachelor's degree in landscape design, horticulture, environmental sciences or certification in construction or design/ build firm from an accredited trade school
-
Proven tract record of sales in high-end landscape design
-
Strong communication and written skills
-
Ability to work within a group setting or as an individual

Organized personality and management style
-
Reliable transportation and ability to work some overtime with some occasional weekend days

Knowledge of Sketchup, AutoCAD, Photoshop, RealTime Landscape Architect, or other 3D rendering program

Bilingual is a plus
