Crew Member
Environmental Landscape Associates, one of Bucks County's premiered outdoor living design/build companies, is seeking to hire a Crew Member to add to its growing team. ELA focuses on the creation and installation of high-end and functional spaces to enhance the outdoor living of their clients. The company is located one mile south of Peddlers Village, in Doylestown PA. It is still run by the original founder who stared the business in 1989, servicing Southeastern Pennsylvania and Central New Jersey.
Responsibilities:

Gathering of tools, materials, and vehicle preparation each morning
-
Good follow through and completion of all task in a timely and detailed manner

Maintain a clean and orderly workplace

Perform all garden maintenance task including planting, weeding, edging, pruning, deadheading, watering, mulching, and soil improvements

Assist nursery manager with unloading of stock for the nursery

Requirements:

You must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions

Must have good communication skills

Highly motivated, self-driven individual who is detailed oriented

Team player

Good time management

Have some knowledge of horticulture and landscaping maintenance

Bilingual is a plus
