Keith J. Frederick

Keith Frederick's early fascination with plantings and trees and the changing seasons in his native Southeastern Pennsylvania evolved into a lifelong connection to nature, best manifested in the work he does as president of ELA Outdoor Living. Since 1989, Keith has been focused on building a business creating amazing outdoor environmental experiences for his clients.

Lorna Lane
BSLA | Landscape Designer | Sales Associate

Lorna brings her extensive expertise to every project. She assists in onboarding new clients and remains actively involved throughout each phase, whether in design development or during active construction. With a BS in Landscape Architecture, a Leadership Management certification from the Wharton School, and over 30 years of experience in corporate-level B2B marketing, Lorna excels at client communication and retention. She is passionate about transforming clients' visions into reality, often expressing, "I just love to make the client's space beautiful." Lorna looks forward to bringing your dream space to life.

Stephanie Coleman

Marketing Assistant

Stephanie plays a key role in maintaining consistent communication with clients. A recent graduate of Saint Joseph's University with a degree in Marketing, Stephanie collaborates closely with the team at ELA to ensure seamless client interactions. Having been involved in marketing and communications since high school, she has become adept at being the first point of contact for new and existing clients. In her role, Stephanie supports the design team by organizing presentation materials, drafting proposals and contracts, and helping the office transition to modern, technology-based solutions. Her greatest strength lies in her ability to communicate effectively, driven by a deep understanding of your needs, as our client.

Colleen Ross

Design Landscape Intern

Colleen is an intern at ELA and a Landscape Architecture student at Delaware Valley University. She plays a crucial role in supporting the design team with her skills in CAD planning and real-time 3D imaging. Colleen assists with site measurements and performs detailed research on each property to ensure a seamless project from start to finish. She also works within the showroom’s nursery, cultivating and managing the range of plantings we have in our inventory. Colleen’s goal during her time at ELA is that every element that she works on contributes to creating beautiful spaces for you to love for years to come.
