Keith Frederick's early fascination with plantings and trees and the changing seasons in his native Southeastern Pennsylvania evolved into a lifelong connection to nature, best manifested in the work he does as president of ELA Outdoor Living. Since 1989, Keith has been focused on building a business creating amazing outdoor environmental experiences for his clients.

Tom Falcone

Tom has always been fascinated by the environment ever since childhood, always wanting to explore different colors, scents, textures, and landscape of our world. Tom has lived over seas and traveled globally, fully immersing himself in different cultures and landscape styles. With his extensive experience and passion for the landscape industry, he is always happy to guide clients through the process of transforming an ordinary property into an unforgettable one.

John has been involved in the landscape and construction industry for over 30 years. He has a broad skill set from experience estimating large scale projects, to running a small business, operating equipment and working with large teams to execute complex build projects. Kara has always been most at home in the outdoors. Plants and the landscape are her passion, and she loves bringing together all of the different elements to create exceptional outdoor spaces. From her beginnings as a native plants nursery manager in Montana to her Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture and subsequent design experience, Kara has been in the industry for over 20 years. Her experience with native plants and ecosystems gives her a unique knack for combining the natural and the built environments, and she looks forward to helping you bring your perfect outdoor space to life.
