Environmental Landscape Associates, one of Bucks County's premiered outdoor living design/build companies, is seeking to hire a Landscape Foreman to add to its growing team. ELA focuses on the creation and installation of high-end and functional spaces to enhance the outdoor living of their clients. The company is located one mile south of Peddlers Village, in Doylestown PA. It is still run by the original founder who stared the business in 1989, servicing Southeastern Pennsylvania and Central New Jersey.
Landscape Foreman
Responsibilities:

Overseeing of outdoor spaces and maintaining existing grounds
-
Supervising the team and use of equipment
-
Completing various administrative duties
-
Constantly be expanding their horticulture knowledge
-
Work with other teams to achieve the daily goals
-
Overseeing maintenance landscaping/hardscaping, and ensuring proper use of fertilizers

Requirements:

Valid drivers license

Have professional attire for the industry

Must be a problem-solver and possess remarkable communication skills

Have the knowledge for PC/MAC computer systems and common programs

Have the knowledge of horticulture plant material
-
Must have attention to the details with task in-hand
-
Ability to provide clear written and verbal instructions
-
Physically fit with the ability to work in many different weather conditions
-
Knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping
-
Must have excellent time management and organizational skills

Bilingual is a plus
