Crew Leader
Environmental Landscape Associates, one of Bucks County's premiered outdoor living design/build companies, is seeking to hire a Crew Leader to add to its growing team. ELA focuses on the creation and installation of high-end and functional spaces to enhance the outdoor living of their clients. The company is located one mile south of Peddlers Village, in Doylestown PA. It is still run by the original founder who stared the business in 1989, servicing Southeastern Pennsylvania and Central New Jersey.
Responsibilities:

Direct crew members and equipment
-
Plan and execute the assigned task at hand

Enhance the appearance and value of properties through the direction of your crew in the execution of daily grounds maintenance

Learn to diagnose insects, diseases, and culture/environmental trees and shrub conditions
-
Maintain open communication with the client and management to provide feedback on the landscaping needs
-
Drive and properly use landscaping equipment

Manage client route and paperwork as well as the detail of work completed
